The aluminum Alta PH-32, 3-Way Pan Head from Vanguard is a 1.5 lb Arca-type compatible support that has a load capacity of 11 lb. The head has three separate locks for the pan, lateral, and tilt movements. The front tilting range is -60° to +90°, the lateral range is -30° to +90°, and the head can rotate a full 360°. In addition, the 5.2″ tall support has two bubble levels, and includes a quick plate with a safety pin, which prevents the plate from sliding or falling out if the clamp was partially opened by accident.
