Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy
• After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 3 hours if he/she wishes to.
• In the case of a customer requesting a refund, a fee of 3% of the order value will be charged by the bank and the refund will be processed through the same mode within 5 working days.
• We do not accept returns however the products can be only returned within 7 days from the day of delivery If the item you have received is damaged or non-functional, you can contact us on along with the proof. You will need to record the video while opening it and show the damaged or non-functional product.
• Any product noticed as Received in Physically Damaged Condition, Damage upon Delivery or Missing Accessories/Items in Box has to be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Any issues reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.

In case of any difficulty in fulfilling the order, Cam Clinic will refund the full amount without any interest to the same account.
