Front threads allow for use of lens cap, sun shade, or other accessories. Accessories must be one size larger than the filter (67mm takes 72mm, 77mm takes 82mm, and 82mm takes 86mm)
VND Effect: The Haida PROII CPL-VND 2 in 1 Filter is a variable neutral density filter that provides an exposure reduction of 3 to 7 stops. The 0.9 to 2.1 density creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. For easier, repeatable control over density settings, the front ring is also visually demarcated with dots that represent different density values and includes a rotation lever to further enable fast, as well as precise, positioning of the front ring.
Coating: This PROII CPL-VND 2 in 1 Filter is constructed from optical glass for clarity as well as color fidelity. To prevent internal ghosting and reflections, the glass features eight layers of multi-coating. These coatings also offer greater protection to a filter substrate and help it to stay clean for longer than with uncoated filters.
Frame: Ultra slim aluminum alloy ring ensures durability while allowing the filter to remain lightweight. The thin, aluminum-alloy filter ring minimizes the potential for vignetting, while remaining durable and lightweight.
